Since we kicked off our construction journey in 2005 within the Federal Construction sector, we’ve been dedicated to quality and safety. Our skilled team is certified in military education and safety protocols, which showcases our commitment to the best practices and standards in the industry.
We're also proud to be ICRA certified, which means we can put in place effective infection control measures to keep patient safety a top priority in hospital settings. Our focus on safety, value, and strong partnerships with our clients leads to successful outcomes in every project we take on.
Humberto Ruelas Jr.
Humberto Ruelas Jr. began his journey in construction working in the field in 2005. He worked on projects for the Navy, National Park Service, Border Patrol, and the Army. In 2017 he obtained his contractor's license and continued working for multiple General Contractors. Humberto Jr. worked as Skywar Construction until he incorporated in 2020. He is now working independently as H&M Additional Builders, Inc.
Margarita Ruelas, Corporate Manager
Margarita (Maggie) D. Ruelas, began her journey in construction working front desk for a general contractor in 2009. She is well rounded in the construction industry with experience in Safety, Certified Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Insurance and Contract Compliance.
In-House Services
Our in-house scope includes class I, II, III, IV Infection Control Containments, construct and complete critical barriers meeting NFPA 241 requirements, demolition, metal stud framing, painting interior & exterior, drywall installation & finishing.
